Whole-Food, Plant-Based Diet

With the zeal of a convert I find myself joyfully migrating to a whole-food, plant-based diet (low-oil and low-processed sugar).
My diet is not an all-or-nothing proposition, so I consider any migration toward this new dietary standard to be a positive move.
I am not vegan because I think the label 'vegan" has been tarnished by some extremists that can eat fries and drink beer and call themselves vegan with the zeal of religious terrorists.
I’m not that.
But I am for following sound principles and I appreciate Dr. Michael Greger’s style in articulating these principles.
